Stripe Connect disbursements to individual trainers and referral recipients. Haltered processes all distributions.
Barn 5% commission flows directly to individual trainers’ personal Stripe accounts per the listing’s locked split — not to a barn entity aggregate account. The 1099-NEC threshold applies to each individual trainer separately. Barn entity payouts only occur for barn-level revenue events (e.g. premium listing upgrade fees), not for sale or lease commission shares.
Ani Waxman — $410 held in escrow. Stripe Connect payout account not set up. Commission share from Clase Azul listing held. Send reminder email or hold indefinitely until connected. No manual transfer permitted.
